Liquidfloors’ New Headquarters Takes Shape
The development of Park Apart officially entered a new phase with the laying of the first stone of Liquidfloors’ future office building. This milestone was carried out by Marc Doutreluingne (Mayor of Zwevegem), in the presence of Isabelle Degezelle (Deputy Mayor). For Liquidfloors, this moment marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter: a headquarters where inspiration, materials and vision come together.
The Next Step Within Park Apart
For Liquidfloors, this first stone marks the second phase of our presence at Park Apart. The buildings for the Liquid Academy have already been completed, our dedicated training centre for Liquidfloors and Odilon Creations. Here, craftsmen and partners are welcomed to explore our techniques and finishes through hands-on experience.
A Foundation for Craft and Entrepreneurship
This first stone is more than a construction milestone, it’s a symbolic moment. Not only does it mark the physical beginning of a new building, but it also celebrates the collaboration that makes Park Apart possible: Liquidfloors, Hexagon, Beeuwsaert Construct and all partners helping to bring this vision to life.
We also gratefully acknowledge the support of the municipality of Zwevegem, which has consciously chosen to invest in a space where craftsmanship and entrepreneurship can thrive.
