For this home in Wevelgem, Stay Interior redesigned the ground floor layout for a family with two children. Living, dining and cooking come together within one open space, where custom joinery and carefully selected materials subtly define the different functions.
A central furniture piece with an integrated TV and bar creates the transition between the living area and dining space. When more privacy is desired, the seating area can be closed off with a pivot door and curtain. This keeps the layout flexible while preserving its open character.
Throughout the living area and kitchen, Socrete in the shade 10 White Cliffs was applied. The mineral resin floor runs seamlessly between the different zones, allowing the space to remain visually unified. The absence of joints creates a calm surface that supports the layout without interruption.
The light tone of the floor creates a soft foundation for the interior, allowing the warm wood tones and natural stone accents to stand out beautifully.
